Location---On the Campus of Sam Houston State University in the East Texas City of Huntsville at the corner of 16th Street and Avenue H.
From all points west, people will enter Huntsville on Hwy 30 (also US 190). Turn right and go south on Sam Houston Avenue (Hwy 75).
Turn left onto 16th Street and proceed to Avenue H.
The University Hotel features 95 guest rooms and suites comfortably furninshed with two double beds, lighted double desks, bistro table and chairs, and private baths. All rooms are individually climate controlled and have cable color television.
