    • Weekend begins Thursday, April 15 and ends on Sunday, April 18, 2004.
    All meetings in Waco at Austin Avenue Methodist Church, Sat 9 AM - 4 PM.
  • Austin car pools will leave St. Richards at 7:15 on Satuday Morning for Team Meeting!!! (7:30 at latest).

    The above forms can be downloaded for printing.  They have been tested with Microsoft Word 97, but should work with any word processor as they are stored as Rich Text Format (RTF) files. Simply click on the form you want to print.  If your system is set up like most, your browser should automatically download the form, then open up your default word processing application.  You can then print the form, fill it out, get appropriate signatures, and mail as indicated on the form.
