Attendees: Peggy Ryder (St. Matthews), Steve Ryder (St. Matthews), Helen Paulsen (Resurrection), Eric Whitfield (St. Richards), Dyke Miller (St. Matthews)
Steve chaired. Dyke opened with prayer. The minutes from November were reviewed. Hellen moved to accept the minutes with corrections. Eric 2nd, motion passed.
Eric Whitfield presented the Treasurers report as of March 11, 2012.
Balance at Compass Bank $1,460.65.
Eric will be writing $400 check to Diocese of Texas ($300 for 2012 and $100 for 2011).
He will be writing $125 check to KAIROS as soon as he gets info from Jim Hart.
There was some discussion (follow on to post closing discussion at BBQ) about starting all future Ultreyas at 4 PM. All were in agreement. Dyke Miller moved that we start all future Ultreyas at 4 PM, and that Steering Committee meeings, when held, would be after the formal part of the Ultreya. Helen 2nd. Motion passed by acclamation.
Peggy reported that she is now Secretary of the Secretariat. The Secretariat is concerned that the "4th day is broken". Many are not active in reunion group or Ultreya and thus can not be "good" sponsors. There also is a general lack of support from most clergy.
Steve closed with prayer.
