Attendees: Wanda Stimson, Grace Georgetown; Collett Foyt, St. Barnabas; Steve Ryder, St. Matthew's; Jill Touchstone, St. Luke;s; Jerry Lyle & Duke DuTeil, St. Richard's.

Due to lack of a quorom, no official action was taken.

New Business:
Collett Foyt gave the Treasurer's report: finances are same as reported in June except for an additional $64 collected at the meeting.

Carol Price reported on Cursillo Family Renunion (Jan 23-25, 2004). The team is soliciting Action Talks from each convocation (5 minutes). Both Jerry and Steve said they would be happy to talk about KAIROS (our assigned topic as we support KAIROS thru the Convocation).

Steve committed to creating a link to the flyer/application from our web site.
