Attendees: Dyke Miller, St. Matthew's; Wanda Stimson, Grace Church Georgetown; Joe Nanus, St. George's;
Jerry Lyle, St. Richard's; Fr. George Wilson, St. Matthew's; Steve Ryder, St. Matthew's.
Fr. George opened with prayer. We discussed the calendar for next year. All churches represented confirmed their
Ultreya dates for next year. We plan to track attendance from now on. (see Minutes Index).
Steve thanked Jerry Lyle for chairing the September meeting and taking the minutes.
Fr. George moved acceptance of September minutes as amended, Wanda Stimson 2nd, minutes approved.
Collett reported via email that we have made all our donations to the Diocese and still have funds remaining for KAIROS.
We have spent $108 more than we have received this year. It was noted that a major budget item is Cursillo Team support
which will not occur in 2002. It was noted (and reported at announcement time) that our KAIROS support is for
sponsorship of our Brothers and Sisters in White. This enables TDCJ inmates to attend their KAIROS Weekend!
The November Secretariat meeting has been postponed until December 1. Joe Nanus will file a report after that meeting
which will be posted here.
